A 2-page (maximum), double-spaced paper where you select a health behavior of your choosing and integrate psychological concepts from at least three separate readings to explain past, present, and future behavior. Two of the readings are from the required course readings and one reading is an outside source. The purpose of this paper is for you to gain a better understanding of the role this behavior had, is having, and may or will have in your life\u2014the trials and tribulations, the joys, the sorrows. Basically, tell a story using a timeline from past to present to future and connecting your story to key psychological concepts. The intent is NOT for you to try to change the behavior. Rather, the intent is for enhanced understanding and perspective by examining and reflecting on this behavior over your lifeline. Of the three readings or sources, one reading must be used to explain your PAST behavior, one for the PRESENT, and one that might help you better understand how you might experience this behavior in the FUTURE or the predicted impact this behavior may have on your FUTURE. The outside source reading must be a peer-reviewed journal article that you locate through a search. You must use any of the assigned course readings for the other two required readings. In a brief, Introductory paragraph explain why you selected this health behavior and then proceed to past, present, and future analysis. You should also provide a brief overview as to why this behavior is relevant to health. APA style must be used when referencing ONLY the peer-reviewed journal in the body of the paper and for the reference page. Referencing style doesn\u2019t matter for the two course readings used but you must include them in the reference page. Use a separate page for the peer-reviewed journal reference and the two readings (this page does not count as one of the two pages). The entire paper does not need to adhere to APA Style guidelines, only concern yourself with the referencing component for the peer-reviewed journal article (both in the body of the paper and on the Reference list page).
