The assignment requires to formulate a business plan for a business of my choice. I have already worked on two assignments that support the business plan. The following is the assignment description : The major project that demonstrates the practical application of the concepts, notions, and theories learned during this course. Students have wide latitude as to whether or not they will prepare a strategic plan, a business plan or market entry plan for the selected venture. The intent being the student should undertake a task that they can see some value of undertaking research and preparing an extensive report. In their International Business Strategic Plan (or the plan they are proceeding with), each student is expected to consider whether or not to include some of the following topics in addition to those set out in the REPORT STRUCTURE TEMPLATE provided at the commencement of class: \u00b7 Discuss the drivers and influences of globalization and assess the impacts of globalization on their proposed business venture. \u00b7 Analyze factors that create international business opportunities and discuss various entry modes for their selected business venture. \u00b7 Assess economic and geographic influences on proposed global business operations. \u00b7 Assess social, cultural, political, and legal influences on the student\u2019s global business activities. \u00b7 Determine the influences of competition on their global business. \u00b7 Analyze human resource needs and labor concerns, including potential cultural conflicts, for their proposed international operations. \u00b7 Examine financial forces influencing international business and economies around the world and explore funding issues associated with their specific global business venture. \u00b7 Identify potential risks associated with their potential global business. \u00b7 Examine selected marketing issues associated with their global business \u00b7 Examine factors that influence international production and distribution activities as they relate to their venture. \u00b7 Examine the influence of the Internet on organizational structure and design, marketing, operations, management, and communications. \u00b7 Assess critically the potential for success of their proposed international business venture and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their analysis. \u00b7 Incorporate other topics examined in the course that the student considers relevant to the scope of the assignment. Include the vision and mission statement for the business organization. The industry that I have chosen in Women\\’s Wear Stores in Canada and business idea is a retail Indian ethnic boutique and the choice of business location is Canada. For all claims, the evidence is required. The project can be up to 5000 words but not more than that. I have attached the previous two assignments for your reference. Since the three assignments are linked, it is important to incorporate the findings of those into the final assignment. It is an International Business Strategy course<\/p>\n
