In this part of their answer, students must adopt the ISAAC ISAACS problem solving methodology in order to: identify the elements and issues relevant to each action, defence or remedy relevantly raised by the client\u2019s statement; state the law relevant to each element \/ issue; and apply it to the information provided to reach a conclusion on each element \/ issue or, more importantly for this item of assessment, to identify (where a definite conclusion is not possible) what further legally relevant facts are required to enable a conclusion to be made. This assessment will also assess students\u2019 knowledge of legal interviewing and their ability to articulate (in the form of written questions) the further legally relevant facts or information required from the client at interview in order to advise them correctly.
