I am writing a report that is basically a more in depth literature review of bank holding vs non-holding companies. This paper is being used to fulfill a thesis necessary for my mandatory capstone. The general theme is comparing literature, the positives, and the negatives of both models to begin to mold a proper thought and dissemination of which model is better. Also, since bank holding companies are controlling a lot of the market, if these BHC\’s or Financial holding companies (FHC\’s) are sustainable. I have attached a working paper, outline, two possible sources and rubric. Also, at the back of the paper there is a list of sources that may be helpful. I have begun to develop an idea but unfortunately do not have a lot of time on my hands to perfect this paper. Here is an excerpt from the professor on the paper: This is the final product. The thesis should be no less than 4500 words (appx. 15 pages at required font). Required formatting is double-space Times-Roman 12pt with 1” margins. The bibliography should include at least 14 quality sources. You should expect to have made significant revisions to your other drafts to get to this end product. This document should be finely polished and something you would show someone as an example of your best work in university.
