The student will select health care need from an assigned client in the clinical setting. As part of the student’s research process, the student will not only utilize nursing texts and journals but also will perform an internet-based research on the client’s health care need. The student will then write a scholarly paper, using the results found in his/her research. This paper must be typed, double-spaced, using a font size 12. The paper not including the face sheet and the references page will be formulated according to APA format and will be at least 4-5 pages in length. In addition, the student will include the Nursing Assessment forms and care plan forms found in Nursing Assignments modular.
